I had nothing to shut down Yi, we had to get the CC lined up right.
You being disconnected definitely made laning phase a gimme for him but it wasn't that that let him trounce us. We blew CC on the wrong targets often enough to let him win I think.
Good games though!
I warned you I was drinking!
We were down to 8 points and the enemy team was throwing up "gg" when we came back and won. I was able to finish my item build just as we won.
Yah and dont think i don't blame myself for that (the bad CC choice) . I was too high in the pick order to really make a difference but I would have picked sona or nami into that team had I been last pick. I honestly picked Taric because the lane dominance is so high on him, we can usually snowball out of lane like we did in game 2. I don't rate Nunu as a good support / I am just not enjoying him. I might think about nami-kog, because of that buff she gives on her w would be great with his w.
I made some really really really stupid mistakes in game 3.
I've actually been thinking of running Lulu/Nami bot. Seems like a really frustrating lane to go against. All slows all the time, 3 hard CC's, with Nami's ult have like a 2200 range. ASpd/Onhit Lulu, boosted by nami's steroid...
sounds like fun, who wants to try it?
Joe's Stream.
The last of sustain / hard CC in lane just kinda make me not like him that much. I think he has a place at 1700+ elo. Inf was not on his game and missing a lot of CS which isn't normally like him. Granted the Graves on the other team was a farming monster. We just were unable to take advantage of the attack speed. I am not saying he isnt a good support, just that I don't enjoy his play style at all.
Unfortunately I will have to inflict it mostly on you guys since it is really hard to get ADC and of your choice reliably in a solo game.
That is fine dude, don't worry about it. I am not the king of CS either. I was overly harsh on you in lane as well.
Let's go ahead and be fair and say that Nunu is about as hard to play as Taric, Soraka, or Sona. None of them require much finesse to play. I can understand if you like the Lulu/Nami style of support where you're landing skillshots, but if you're supporting a carry with brutal on hit abilities, there's nothing wrong with picking the support that maximizes that.
Also, there's a lot more to playing league of legends than hitting skillshots. If you think having no skillshots auto makes a champ easy to play and win with, go ahead and just pick Ryze every game and see how many times you dominate/get dominated.
I don't mind when you get upset when I am sucking it up for ADC.
Support is pretty frustrating in that situation.
But at least you know I don't always suck at ADC! :P
Ryze without farm is meh.
So many people can just deny Ryze farm, or at very least, push the lane down his throat and roam. Thing is, I found that with the right masteries and runes, I could pull the minion wave just out of range of my tower and tank them effectively, last hitting without worrying about the tower helping me out, so that I froze the lane in a good place. Problem with that, was the roamer soon realised that this meant if they hung around and nuked me while I was taking minion aggro, I had to just base or die.

No my specific reason I consider Nunu dull is because of how binary he can be to play. If your trading you blood boil carry, snowball enemy carry and it's pretty brainless especially with his passive making mana regen easier.
I actually like Soraka and Sona because of mana management or the issue of pushing the lane when you try to harrass, I just find nunu dull because he asks alot of the carry but not himself, which isn't what I look for in a support.
I even play Nunu when I am laning with a Kog or Vayne because it's so strong, but it just feels simplistic and dull.
Also Delph always has the coolest desktops I don't even know why you would be mad?
Because some people get their manliness threatened by Ponies.
Obviously they've never met Hecarim.
I really like her but I can't imagine playing her bottom lane anymore.

I've always said a way to make her fun would be to make the Q worth leveling as a damage source. That way you can play her like a more over time Taric with a armour heal, a CC and a damage source. Making it so the Q just does an AOE centered on cast location and buffing it's damage would probably be a really strong contender for making that happen (and would make Sona cry so hard) and would allow for some decent counter play because that way standing in your own minions would force Soraka to push the lane with AOEs which is for the most part a sin in botlane.
I faced a Nid/Ez lane last night. It rocked us pretty hard with Q cross fire being hard to dodge. I think it might be the same as ever where support wise she has poke, traps and the ability to finish kills easily in skirmishes.
However the fact that things like banner of command, twin shadows and all those other AP granting support items are nice for her.
I like this idea too!

I think they think it's a tactic to have them let me jungle but it isn't. It's a disclaimer. You can make me do this. I will do it. We will lose.
Edit - Also, this is just a game people, and there is no money on the line at 1400 elo, I promise. Just move on to the next game, don't abuse Lux cause she's bad.
But I've never had a full build game on Hecarim, because if you're doing well the enemy team will likely surrender. I think the closest I gotten was like five items.
because it sets you back 1100 gold toward your end game build for stats you don't usually need
I like Tiger for jungle but I still find myself building the same old items and I want something new/fun if possible.

if you are playing a support with heal/clairvoyance it is probably a good purchase but you have Other Problems in that situation
other than that...???
Though I'd probably just play Heal/Ignite Leona for maximum ballage.

It's decent if you picked up Philo in lane for the added sustain, have Heal or CV, and don't want to have Shurelya's in your final build
That's a pretty specific sets of circumstances, though
exhaust is just too powerful not to take in botlane, now with the changes to attack speed, 50% attackspeed debuff is insane.
this is my thinking too
I recognize there are niches where you'll want miracle, but maybe only if you're really ahead. I don't see it as a main build every game item
fair enough
