In anticipation of a frontpage link coming sometime today, I'm doing what little things I can to reduce our memory/procesor/bandwidth footprint.

So, threads per page has been dramatically cut. I know this is a pretty major inconvenience, and I apologize but, but it is temporary and I believe it is necessary.

    Are sheilds like forcefeilds? Or some other sort of barreir type object?
