    It would be neat in future years if there were more music acts through the day, smaller name groups and whatnot. Either way, I'm certainly looking forward to this updated info!

    Also PAX would be a world holiday. Gabe and Tycho would be like Santa and sneak in a magic warp zone hidden in vases in everyones house and bring kids video games in the night.

    sumo and bawls are MAJOR cornerstones of pax. i'd say i'd boycott pax if bawls isn't there, but....that's just retarded. no way i could miss it! but seriously, i'd bet my left nut on bawls being there.

    To be honest, I enjoy the NESkimos a hell of a lot more. I find The Minibosses are a little too straightforward with their covers.

    I hope to god I can actually understand what Optimus Rhyme is saying this year. I can never make out the lyrics over the rest of the music.

    One of my biggest hopes is that there won't be an entire overabundance of the stage-based strobelight units during the concerts. Not only was the operator overdosing like crazy on using them, but they were using them at inopportune times that really didn't warrant it. They became painful to the eyes when I was stage-side doing media shots, and I really hope they won't be so retardedly overused again this year. They also became a real nuisance in capturing good crisp photos, in my opinion.

    Performers really don't appreciate being blinded while they play either.

    What's the word on moshing and crowd surfing this year? Is the center ok with it as long everyone knows it is their own damn fault if anything happens when they wander into the mosh pit?

    dude, i forgot about those lights. i couldn't watch half the concerts because i was constantly being blinded by the lights. i asked the board ops if they could do something about it, they're answer: "nope"

    I don't know about Frontalot, but Optimus has been working on a new material.

    One of their new songs has a Powerthighs guitar soloooooooo. It rocked face on St. Paddys Day.
