PAX Badge/Ticket Issue - Help

I unfortunately ended up not being able to make it to PAX . I sold my 5 badges and split them up. Two of the badges have been lost in mail. I have tracking showing where the tickets are. The end buyer wants a copy of the registration which I have, but I am worried that sending them the confirmation could cause problems with the other 3 badges?

How do I proceed?

    If they were lost in the mail after you sending them out, there's nothing else you can do about it. The registration is tied to you anyhow, and wouldn't actually help them. You have to have photo ID for the person who ordered the badges.
