How to handle eBay scalpers!

Okay, so maybe it's too late to stop scalpers from buying tickets this year, but you sure as hell can make it harder for them to resell them!

1. Report to eBay. Without the physical passes in hand, they're not allowed to sell them yet.
Report Item -> Listing Practices -> Other Listing Issues -> Digitally Distributed Goods

2. Make a fake eBay account, Buy It Now, and don't pay. The seller still has to pay the listing fee percentage.

number 2 is fraud. i wouldn't recommend lynching either.

You can't pre-sell on eBay? Because that's what it could be considered.

You can presell on eBay only if you can ship the item within 30 days and if you make it very clear that that's the case.
