[bug] quoting the first post in a thread causes the quote link to point to the wrong post

2. Quote the first post. Post or preview that post.
3. Click the link automatically generated for that post, the little » next to the username.
The problem seems to be because first posts cannot be linked to directly; instead their comment ID is the same as the thread ID.
