Having been involved in debating licensing of hold music for teleconferences in the past, all I can say is never again will I willingly be in a meeting where that is on the agenda

EDIT: I am not an expert on the subject, but when I played competitive sports the general consensus at the time appeared to be that stretching before competition was not a good idea.

This article says it probably helps for some sports and is potentially little or no help in others
So I guess yes?
I mean from a really obvious standpoint, stretching regularly improves your range of motion, which means you don't strain your tendons and nerves when extending your limbs in odd ways
It also mitigates injury which is why physiotherapy involves so much painful stretching

Shaw routinely has two hour wait times.
Two hours!
And our customers complain about 10 minute wait times! When the normal waiting time is 0!
People up here have no idea how good they have it.
Even if you don't buy the cognitive or more extensive health benefits, yoga is a comprehensive stretching and stable strength exercise program
Stretching is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for your physical health and is drastically underrated in the west
Lack of stretching is a major cause of injury even among pro athletes

but first i want to hear someone talk about "well i'm white, and the villain is white, and it doesn't bother me"
In context it was not.
It was something more to the tenor of "I'm done with cisgendered straight men, so if you are don't bother messaging me."
But it's not exactly like that attitude is prevalent or something. I think this was just a lady who happened to be bitter.
In Australia?
Don't they still use the term "Shiela" unironically there?
Somehow I feel this is not going to be a thing by tomorrow.

You should go check on your slaves, they might be getting lazy again.
I'm too polite to protest.
I'd just stand in the back with my hand up, patiently waiting to provide my POV.

I don't know what this means but I sense you were trying to be either funny or offensive.
Possibly both.

I enjoy this image, despite my fear that it is brony related. Good art is good art.
I was doing my spool impersonation.

Yes, it is Brony. It is male, anthropomorphized versions of the characters.
Brony.
it's the most inoffensive classical guitar with drum machine bullshit possible.
