- Each game has a certain number of drops that come when you purchase it. These unlock while the game is open, even at the launch screen. You don't have to be playing it actively.
- Once you are out of drops, that game becomes eligible for booster packs that will contain a set of three cards specific to that game. You get these drops as long as you have an active steam profile (log in once a week). You do not need to be playing the game, you do not need to even have the game installed. They just show up in your inventory.
- The rate at which you get booster packs increases every ten levels by 20%.

totally like one of those lost tribes, some motherfucker was gonna wander in there in like 1900 like "oh shit has there been a dude there this whole time? and why does he have a statue of liberty..."
I mean, I knew that game was unforgiving, but SHEESH

It would certainly make it easier to figure out the trends, i think most of them have dropped significantly since the start of the sale, but some of seem stable and I don't want to bother trawling through the 151 pages of cards in the steam client
