In the Seamstress DLC of episode 3, Moira seems to notice something about the Seamstress, but it's never explained what. She's all "Wait, you're..." and the Seamstress is all "You're very perceptive".
Then at the final level of episode 4, there's Shrine Maidens around, which felt like it had significance but is never mentioned either.
So what's her whole deal? What did Moira realize?
