All the animation is just ridiculous over the top and fun, but man that first looooong pull out shot is just so wonderful I watched it like 3 times
I really, really love Kill La Kill.
Except for Ryuuko's battle armor.
I mean, I get that these are the same people who gave us Yoko Littner's character design, but I kinda hoped this show would be a little classier.
I theory I've heard is that the more uniforms she defeats and absorbs, the less skimpy the costume will become. I hope this turns out to be true.

I really like her character, and I really like how the show isn't treating her being a girl as really mattering whatsoever. She's just a over-the-top badass and she fights other over-the-top badasses.
