Here's my collection which I'm auctioning off for Child's Play (soooooon!)
It all goes into a nice deep shadowbox... I'm still not sure what to do about the pre-order KI pins, though. I left room for them, anyway. I figure if they open up before Child's Play, I'll include them - otherwise not.
I'd love to have a cool display / storage solution that's easily transportable to different PAX's and I was thinking about starting a binder. Does anyone have any experience with pin binders? What other safe-for-transport storage solutions are out there?

So I set up my 2014 pins all on a shadowbox, and then I realized I did it upside down from where the hooks are... I have yet to fix this problem because it looks to good currently.
I have my pins in some pretty good binders. When im able to I will take some photos (i know, ive said this before, but im serious this time!) The pages store 5 rows of 4 pins. Velvet dark blue pages really make the brightly coloured pins pop out, with a clear plastic divider page to separate pins from pin backs of the previous page.

Put another set of hooks on the back, super cheap!

thats exactly the same one actually, really well made. I believe they are the 'thicker pin sheets' Theyre the dark blue ones, the top has a velvety feel to them, but not sure if theyre actually velvet, the page is a thick plastic. pins stay pretty firmly too, Again, forgot to take photos im sorry : / TOMORROW I PROMISE...............

Thanks. I don't suppose you know how to order more velvety thick pages if 6 isn't enough?

http://www.safepub.com/ is actually where i got it from, its exactly the same product from amazon.
you can buy spare pages in packs of 5. Also, the box cover is separate so you need to buy that extra too.
5 pages in 1 folder fit all 78 pins from 2013, all pages are full, about 20 pins per page. Second folder of 2014 pins currently fits all of them, might need a 6th page by the end, it should fit.

Great. Ordered the one off amazon (linked in previous post). It should be here December 2, so if you don't post your pictures by then *cough cough* I will! :P

Finally decided to take some pictures of my 2 binders. I figure that I'll start a new one each year. Currently a complete set, though AUS pins haven't been added yet.
Yep those are the folders i have. I believe i saw your photos before as i got the idea to get gabe to draw on mine too. When i got to the signing event though, i found out my silver pen wasnt working, so he just used black, on dark blue it really doesnt show up...i told him id be back next year with a better white pen...
OK! Received Halloween and Carl pins in the mail today which gave me the excuse to pull out my folders and take those photos!

Two folders that hold all of 2013 and 2014 pins, with the killer instinct folder in between to show height difference.

front of the folder i got Mike to draw on at PAXAUS, for those that dont know, i had planned to get him to draw with a white pen, but it went dry after jerry signed it, with the flash it shows up really well, unfortunately its way too dark to see without it

Page #1! Again, the pages are actually not that bright, theyre much darker, the vibrant pin colours just pop out at you with a dark background, looks great

some pages, you can sort of see, each page has a clear plastic overlay to separate pin backs from pins on the next page, a great idea.

and finally, the completed pin ultimate edition. Even after the hiccups of this one, I do hope they make another pin ultimate edition, i really liked the concept of completing challenges for pins and at the end having a great collection to show your achievements.
So there you go! A long time coming, i rarely take them out and look at them unless i am putting pins in or taking out/rearranging them. I guess thats the only down side, i would like to frame and hang them like some of you have, which look awesome, but this was the best option for me.
I had some time to kill yesterday so I wandered around Michael's looking at frames, and turns out it was BOGO for shadow boxes! They had some with adjustable depth, which I decided to try. Basically, the frame comes with the glass and three 1/4" shims around the edge, and the glass can sit anywhere between those, making four levels. What I did instead was pull out one shim and replace it with black foam core. That keeps the pins from grinding against the glass but also leaves space in the back so there's room for the posts. The foam is too thick for rubber backs, but the pins hold pretty well as is.
I was able to put this together in about fifteen minutes, and at BOGO prices it was a very good deal. So I'm very happy with this box. Initially, it was just going to be the staff pins (I finally got Ben! I felt like celebrating!), but it was a little... boring. I think Tycho and Gabe give it a little kick.
I have one more of these frames and I'm torn between doing the three Behemoth series or doing a '13-'14 Prime or Aus box. I'm leaning toward Aus because, well, without a DLC that '13 set is the jewel in my collection.
The first year, I filled the poster, and then had all the PA guys sign it. It was so much fun asking for a signature instead of a pin! The sigs don't show up to well in the photo, but they are there ...
Does anyone know a place in Australia that sells shadow boxes pre-made like that? It would save me a lot of time and money.
Reject shop occasionly has them and they are only $20 each! They come with an insert for small photos but you can remove that and its a perfect fit. You can also get them at alot of the cheap chinese $2+ shops.
I think that's the first poster 100% complete that I've seen. I still have mine rolled up for dreams of a DLC one day. I refuse to put it up with that one empty spot shaming me.

I realized that all the 2014 pins are going to fit on to a single corkboard for me. Unless, of course, they release that winter poster again. If that's the case, I'll cut it up and spread it across two corkboards.
So, making a complete set is actual a real possibility for me, I was looking at doing the poster cuz it just looks pretty neat when you get all the pins on there. I went through my stuff and found mine and it's wrinkled, ripped and creased all to hell...apparently moving three times in a year is rough on your belongings. I wonder if there's a way to get a new one

So my results from checking 3 different Reject Shops:
There seemed to be 3 different types of frames; photo, boxed and shadow.
The difference between boxed and shadow is that the back of shadow boxes seems to be designed to sit at the back of the frame (makes sense for a shadow box):
Shadow boxes are also thicker:
The biggest frame I could find was a boxed one. I couldn't find it in anything but white though unfortunately. Not sure if they don't sell them in black or if they just sell out first. Might buy one and paint it myself at some point.
"Do you come with the frame?"
"Oh you, tehe!"
I ended up buying one I only found at the last store, in between the smallest and biggest sizes:
Could probably only fit a set or two of pins into it, but it will be a good test to see what I have to do to set up a bigger one. Next stop is to buy some of that pinboard stuff I saw at Bunnings a while back.
