Anyone interested in a UT2k4 CTF Tournament?

As it doesn't look like there will be an "official" one scheduled, however I know of a number of people who would be interested in participating in one, but not really enough to throw an entire tournament for just ourselves, so I wanted to throw a hook out and see who all here on the forum would be interested in participating.

It'll probably be 3v3 unless we get gobs of people. Teams would be totally randomized to prevent one team (*coughcoughEnderMadmanhPine*) from kicking everyone's arse, and I have no idea where we're going to schedule it.

Anyone who's interested, will you be bringing your own systems? It sounds like we won't be able to use the provided systems for this as existing tournaments will be keeping those systems pretty busy, but if there's a bunch of demand from those of you who are borrowing systems from PAX, we may be able to work SOMETHING out.

Prizes have yet to be determined, and will likely depend on how much interest is represented here, assuming this happens at all.

    I'd be up for that, you could always make the tourney at midnight or something so you wouldnt have conflicts with other tourneys

    Could it be ONS instead? I hate/despise/blow at CTF, and ONS is much more UT2k4 specific. Any chance of that? I'd be totally up for it if it was ONS.

    Most people I know would prefer CTF over ONS for a tournament. I'm not saying ONS is out of the question, but if you guys would rather have ONS, you should speak up in significant numbers. ;)

    CTF sounds cool, instagib CTF sounds better.... or bombing run. I've got four guys, and I'm sure at least two would like to play.

    I would b interested 4 sure midnight or not...and yea they got free play and also "Fall" says that Atari just hooked them up with 40 copies of UT2k4 so yea!

    Anyway, doesn't look like there's a whole lot of interest, but if there's a ton of people playing CTF during the event we'll take another look at it.
