Players draw Action Cards: Naalu, Nekro, and Xxcha each draw 1, Muaat, and Mentak each draw 2, Yssaril draws 3; each player gains 2 Command Counters for allocation. Post your counter allocations in the thread.
Nekro, Mentak, and Xxcha will also exceed the Action Card hand limit and must also post their discards.

Choose one of your fleets. All ships in that fleet with a movement of 2 or more can pass through, but not stop in, a system occupied by enemy ships during this activation.
Play: Immediately after activating a system with a Command Counter.
Allocate 2 Command Counters to Strategy Allocation; transfer one counter from Fleet Supply to Strategy Allocation. (SA 1 --> 4; FS 5 --> 4)
Discard: Patrol
Move up to two Cruisers or Destroyers in an activated system to an empty, adjacent system or systems. Then place Command Counters from your reinforcements in those systems. Play: As an action.
Right. Tie breaker CCs. Whatever. (Sorry, I'm over ACs, and no sabotage)
Also not the Strategy phase yet.
I use the refresh ability on my two Trade stations, taking 2 TG for myself and giving 2 TG to the Xxcha as per our agreement.
@discrider, I just noticed that you started the Status Phase at 0/6/1; following your orders as given would bring you to 0/5/4 instead of 1/5/3. Which allocation are you aiming for?

Necessary Bureaucracy (LAW): After voting on an agenda, players vote on the next card of the Political deck. Once per agenda. Minister of Peace (LAW): Yssaril may discard this card at any time to cancel a fleet's movement into a system containing an enemy fleet, as long as Yssaril controls neither fleet. The target system is still activated by the attacker. Science Community Speaker (LAW): Yssaril may execute the secondary ability of the Technology Strategy without spending a Command Counter from his Strategy Allocation area. In addition, Yssaril's cost to purchase Technologies is reduced by 1.

Okay. +2 CP for me. @MrBlarney, you mentioned an action card?

Oh, and before the ganging up begins, I just want to say (Especially to Xxcha, Nekro and Mentak, who may not really be in a position to win even if I am stopped... though the offer is available to everyone) that the coveted place of Friend of the Rulers of the Universe is open to anyone who does not hinder my ascent to power. If "Exalted among all the losing races", "Free Pizza every Friday" or "get to have their boots cleaned with the tongue-or-similar-appendage of the race that slighted you this game" seem like perks you'd want to have, look into aiding the Yssaril on their ascent to victory! If I win, any who worked against me from this moment forward will be the ones doing the boot-licking!
I think it's safe to assume nobody will Sabotage my action card - so I dig through the rest of the deck to... not find what I want. So I'll draw and play this instead:
Cultural Crisis
Choose a player (the chosen player may be yourself). That player loses all racial special abilities this round, both advantages and disadvantages. Play: During the Strategy Phase.
Targeting our friends, the Yssaril.

That is....really annoying.
No sabo. The offer of second placedness is definitely open to anyone who sabotaged this card :P
I believe that means that the card passes and @El Skid will need to comply with his new hand limitations. Once that's done, we can continue with the Strategy Phase.
