PAX Prime always Labor day weekend?

Hi all, excuse me if this isn't the best place to ask but does PAX Prime always fall on Labor Day weekend? I was hoping to plan my wedding day around 2015 PAX Prime so my friends from the east coast could attend but was curious if PAX always falls on Labor Day weekend or is it different every year?

    Normally, but I think there have been exceptions.

    Pretty much. They are scheduled out a few years in advance. I know it's posted somewhere for the convention center the 2015 dates.

    I checked the WSCC dates for 2015 but they only go as far as June as far as I could see.

    2007 and 2011 PAX Prime's were not on labor day weekend as far as I can tell and recollect. Labor day weekend's odds are good, but its always possible some other event got some far future booking in place before PAX did. If you can wait until Prime this year to finalize your commitments, the date of the next one should be available then, or at least usually is.

    We won't know for sure until either the WSCC updates its dates for next year, or someone at PAX says something official. Keep checking official sources :)
