League has had their own floor in the past 2 years Ive gone to PAX. Its not hard to find. It also dosnt hurt to ask. Here is a map of 2012 https://guidebook.com/guide/3672/maps/. Riot basically "owned" the 6th floor last year. Cosplay everywhere and the "lines" for the theaters were tiny compared to the league line. Im just gonna assume its in the same space it has been. If it got moved then the best thing to do is check the guide book when you get there.

    EDIT: https://guidebook.com/guide/11947/map/16103/ 2013 map.

For sure check the guidebook. I know there have been some complaints about the space, noise, etc that LOL takes up on the 6th floor. It may change, it may not but that is one I would check the guidebook for just to make sure.

It's not on the schedule because it just goes on all day. As Kirby4Life pointed out, they have their own designated area. When the Guidebook for Prime 2014 is released, that's when you find out which companies are where, as well as where LCS is taking place. A fair warning - Don't assume you can show up at 3:55pm for a 4:00pm game. Last year I had to get in at around 10:30 am to have a seat for the final games of the day.

They really need to move the location to a better suited area.
I was hoping it would be the Paramount or Benaroya, but that didn't happen. Hopefully they can work something out for a better spot in the convention center.

One thing to note, is that LoL has currently only 1-2 best of five each day of PAX. Normally they have all teams playing, but this year they are farther into the LoL 'season' and so it looks like they won't have a full day of League. Here is where the schedule for the four days is that shows they just have 1-2 best of five each day. http://na.lolesports.com/schedule/2014-08-25

Another thing to note is that on the schedule it is saying that the events don't start until 2PM each day. This means that you'll have to adjust the time you are planning to get in line to watch the event according(usually it is right when the doors open).

Well, 2 Bo5s can potentially go for 10 hours if both series go the distance, so there will still be plenty of games being played. Oh, and the LoL eSports site adjusts for your timezone. The games start at noon Pacific.

Touché. Didn't figure in for timezone so thanks for the correction on that. :) That is still later then they did last year(If I remember correctly). I believe they opened the doors last year at 10…and I don't think I set there for two hours. On the other side of that, being there was a blast so maybe it was just time flys when having fun and such.

They did use casters vs fans and whatnot to fill large gaps in time, so it was never just sitting and waiting for games to start.

Trust me the 6th floor is the better spot. I remember when it was still in the main Expo Hall.

As everyone else has mentioned, don't worry. You'll be able to get in to see some matches, especially if you don't mind waiting ~1hr. I don't recall it taking that long to get in though. If you time it right (aka get there a bit early for the match you want to see (maybe 15-20mins?)), you might be able to walk straight in. Last year there were always a number of people leaving in between matches, so there was a good rotation and opportunity to get a seat.
However, if you want to see a popular/top team (e.g. C9, TSM) play, you'll probably want to get there early just in case.
Also as mentioned previously, matches didn't start right as the expo doors opened, so you'll have time to find the right area. Even if you miss the first match, you'll get to the second one.

I had a question but didn't think making a new thread was worth it so ill post it here. This yr will be my first PAX and I am going to mainly watch the LoL LCS, now that it has been announced that they will be in the queue room, which to my understanding is where everyone who is early waits before going into the expo. From the schedule it say's the matches will start at 10, and the doors to the expo open at 8? Would it be safe to assume that arriving at 8 would be a good idea to get seats for the game on w.e day I am going?

It's my understanding that doors open at 10 am and the matches are starting at noon. Am I misinformed?

Anyone that shows up before 8:00 AM will be lined up outside in freeway park out back. They start letting people into the queue room at 8AM. The expo hall opens at 10:00. The League Regionals start at Noon.

Right so my question is, since the queue room is the LoL area, if i get into the queue room at 8 ill be able to grab a spot at some point from then on for LoL, or is that just some information that isnt available?

The queue room at that time will be queuing for the expo hall as far as I know.

As we all know LoL area has stages, bleachers, etc and lots of other stuff, not sure this is going to work as the queue room if all that stuff is in there. Or maybe i'm reading it wrong.

I'm sure all this has been thought out and it'll go smoothly.

This probably belongs here too since it'll help you imagine the queuing situation:
Lineup is still in the Queue hall (only half of it is riot). Although those with medical passes line up in a different area, if i recall correctly. It's on the guidelines they give you when you get your medical badge (i believe it's 4th floor north lobby).
