Played D&D 5e with my main group for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was VERY unhappy with what I found on the interwebs regarding DM screens.
I made these a week or so ago. It's 3 pages on 8.5x11 (or A4 for Europe) paper.

The black and white is very simple, the color is a little more elaborate.
The source files are OpenOffice 3.3 Draw. I used a custom font located here.
