Ok, I remember that scene as protagonist getting dubious about the whole thing and boyfriend starting to act rough to put her into place, which was averted by the timely shattering of worlds.

Even if that's the case, she probably remembers that as the last time when her life was not imperiled by ancient god-king ninjas from beyond time who exist outside of any reality she has ever experienced.
I don't remember that scene playing out at all like that, unless I'm totally misremembering. I think Allison was nervous and the boyfriend was trying to reassure her?

I read that K6BD bedroom scene as just them both being awkward and earnest and embarrassed, I didn't get a rape-y vibe at all.
It wasn't a rapey vibe. I think it was a vibe of the guy pressuring her a bit faster than she was ok with and her feeling obligated not to mess everything up. It was probably a realistic (not evil) depiction of teenage activities.
Boyfriend had douche vibes though. But then so does alison haah
The MAOH discussion from yesterday actually reminded me of something that bothers me about Bravely Default. (To be clear, this isn't even annoying or a pet peeve, so when I say "bother" I mean "it bothers me very slightly".)
In BD, your characters are all at least 17 years old (I think the youngest is 16 or 17, but the others are all 19-21). For most people, you've stopped growing by then, you've reached your adult height. Yet every time the player characters are shown with any other adult character, the adults are all at least a head taller.
Now, maybe they're all kind of short, but I doubt it? At a minimum, you meet one of the character's (minor spoilers?)
parents, you'd figure she'd at least be as tall as her mom
