nothing the big show has done will ever top when he lost the intercontinental title by stepping on a table

Dancing New Year's Eve Baby Big Show would have words...

oh fuck... just when that left my memory...

I wonder if this was just a swerve or if Dolph has actually managed to be both injury- and big-fat-mouth free for long enough that they're pushing him up the card now.

So it looks like Survivor Series Fallout is going to air after the replay of the show. At 1:45AM ET.

I guess I'll check it out in the morning.

I was gonna say that he's definitely not winning the Rumble, but on the other hand... if Seth cashes in after Cena overcomes the odds, that would give us a potential WM lineup of Seth v. Dolph, Cena v. Rusev, Roman v. Brock and Triple H v. Sting. That's in itself a stacked deck without counting people like Ambrose, Wyatt, Orton, Bryan or even Undertaker.

I was more thinking Brock beats Cena via cheating, Dolph wins the Rumble, and Lesnar is pinned clean at Mania just to spite him for leaving.

Or Cena beats Brock and we get Cena vs Dolph while Brock loses in 5 minutes to Ryback.

I'd be worried though that Brock would just say "fuck it" and shoot on whomever his Mania opponent is if he was booked to lose that way.

he can't go back to UFC

but they would never book Brock to get squashed at Mania anyway

OK I'm overreacting but I do think Vince would be spiteful enough to have him go out that way.

That Sting reveal was bonkers! I know it's something that we've been hearing rumors about forever now, but it got to the point where even with hearing the rumors again for this ppv it was still surprising because IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.

I can honestly say that I enjoyed almost each match, the only disappointment being AJ/Nikki. I think while the Kiss of Death was a cool callback, it still felt kind of hollow. It came out of nowhere with no build, just a mention by commentary after the fact that AJ did the same thing to Bryan a couple years ago.

Doesn't Brock still have diverticulitis? Doesn't that pretty much bar him from ever being a legit UFC contender again?

Also, I loved that Divas match, IDGAF. All my favorites looked like badasses (EMMA LOCK! I missed you, ilu Emma Lock), the story was straightforward and effective (faces were united and heels were not), Cameron got taken out quickly, Summer Rae plays a chickenshit coward like no one else in the WWE, and Naomi's headscissors driver thing was VICIOUS. I would've liked some more lady-hossery from Natalya, but I get that time is limited in an 8-person match.

Also also, you COULD spin a decent narrative out of the fact that in touting herself as the "only real wrestler on the roster" for a year-plus, AJ got headstrong, and left herself particularly vulnerable to the same mind games she used to play so well (going so far as to fire the bodyguard who saved her bacon countless times), which allowed her to get murked with her own trademark kiss of death.

You COULD, if you had writers who cared about writing women. Alas...

Summer Rae stole my heart in that match with her cackling and trying to avoid getting hit. Also, was that little dance Layla's idea of what a chicken does or what?

Reminder that the last time Sting was on TV this year he was losing to Magnus and kicked out of TNA by Dixie Carter.

Thank the wrestling gods he now has a new platform to leave on.

Who knew Dolph losing his Intercontinental might spell good things for him, especially after all the conjecture that he was in the doghouse for so long and thinking about not renewing his contract and trying something else.

Magnus is awesome, and also it took the entire TNA heel roster to beat Sting. He didn't go out as well as Hogan, but it was still good.

Also I just watched the Divas Survivor Series match and I have no clue why some people were bagging on it. It was good wrestling with Cameron being sloppy because she's awful and then Naomi missed her crossbody a little. Also the announcing sucked so much ass which didn't help. I loved when Summer impersonated Paige to unfortunate results.

I would have liked Paige to look stronger than she did, but I think the match was good. My favorite part was when Summer did the Paige spot kicking the other girl in the face on the apron, then turning to Paige and saying I did it, did you see?, with the response "Yes, I did. You're an idiot!"
