I would be very sympathetic, but...charity runs. Doctors>Vidya games in this case. It would also be great promotion for his stream where he does it again.
I feel bad for David. And yeah Zoasty was doing really well... kiiinda glad he didn't get the Metroid skip, otherwise I would have felt guilty about contributing to Save the Animals.

Chrono Trigger is a little different because of the Tech/Magic system and the fact that it doesn't have any real random encounters.
They are going to be skipping almost every enemy they can.

yeah, one of the good things about the speedrunning marathons is that you see a lot of different speedrunning styles, from just playing a game quickly, to glitching through things
unfortunately depending on your interests that is also one of the bad things
