So, for the 3rd time now I've had to email customer support requesting to have part or all of my pinny order replaced.
3 times now, they have arrive either scratched up, the backings destroyed, or both. I have emailed Brian about this, but never heard back. Their CS guy has been very helpful, but I can tell he's getting annoyed with me at this point.
Is it unreasonable of me to expect collectible items to arrive in a collectible condition? Especially with the amount of money we're dropping on them? My average order of pins is well over $100 a pop.
2 orders ago, I thought I was being clever by ordering so many pins at once (including the large sets), they HAD to put them in a box. NOPE... they crammed all those into an envelope too...
Am I the only one who is annoyed with and having this issue with those padded envelope?

I think the biggest mistake is not sealing the single pins anymore... sure I bet it's a cost/going green thing, but it is rather annoying.
And I haven't had to return anything yet, I've been lucky and everything has been fine thus far.
