The thing about the Palpark is slightly misleading, you can transfer 6 every 24 hours, not everyday. I figured since I transfered some a few hours ago on Tuesday I could go ahead and transfer some since it's Wednesday, nope.
If you were to change the time in your ds menu, would it allow you to transfer more now?
Probably, that's how I got Driftlim or whatever that thing's name is, I changed the clock to Friday at noon and there it was like the guy said it'd be.
I'll find out for sure tomorrow, I'm too tired to fool with it now.
