Hmm....clearly it should have been about killing people to suck our their ADAM or somesuch. Possibly going "AROOOO!" and punt people across a room as well.

I was trying to work a little sister and a big daddy in as player characters as well as (oh noez, game spoilers)
Fontaine/Atlas being a neutral role that seered as good to the good guys and evil to the evil guys, so that he would have to actually talk his way to the top, just like in the game.
In the end, it just became too annoying to try and figure out how I was going to integrate things.

That's what happened with me and Persona. Sometimes you love a series so much that you just want to make it work, then you sit back and realize it's just not meant for a Phalla.
I decided that I shall improve on my idea of map phalla and do another one.
It will be in the theme of Evil Dead. :P
Instead of a house it will probably take part in a ghost town.

Yeah, I'd like to think the only reason Death Note has gone on so long was because of the expanded roster, but that's okay; it's been a blast regardless.
Here's a mechanics thought: is there such a thing as a Medium/Spirit Speaker role, where you can PM deadites (one per night) and ask them questions? I think, if it hasn't been done, it might be a cool mechanic. One could also add some sort of Possession effect, where the dead character, if he is a special, is allowed to perform his special ability through the Medium.

There was something like that in Artefact Phalla. The Ouija Board could be used to ask one dead person one question each night, which was delivered after narration to whoever held the board. It wasn't a stationary role though, since the board could be passed or stolen, and the person then in possession would get the answer, not the asker.
