I play on whatever constitutes Normal. I want some challenge but mainly here for the story and I don't want anything impeding me from it.
I'm too lazy to look for symbolism in anything. I read stuff and take it at face value and don't think about it ever. That's why I never figure out mysteries early in books/movies too.

Specifically that, at various points in the story (back when we didnt know what ichigo's meant and why it kept appearing and now when we don't know the nature of Tony beyond a capital gooose), we had the promise of things to come. Some hidden bit of knowledge we crave as the reader/viewer and eagerly anticipate its reveal so we can grasp the complete puzzle.
Antimony's mental state now being hidden away and betraying a future conflict, and ichigo some hidden power revealed by a monsterous mask and a shadow personality. Both children were of special power, ability, and diverse origins. I just got bored with the latter and echo everyone else's hope that this conflict is not handwaved away.

I also don't think that the 'solution', as it were, is necessarily going to be more complex than the explanation we were given for jack going crazy: them whitelegs did it. the interesting part is how characters respond
