Nevermind, I got it!
No idea what it's called.
After 50 minutes of futile searching through threads, listening to the entire GB server track listing of about 60 songs, scouring map information and even resorting to the useless Bing, I decided to try and get the song straight out of the track itself.
How? Well, I figured I could download Trackmania, install it, then install the map and the song would show up in my local files.
So I signed up for the service, downloaded all the updates, installed the track and started it in single player.
But the track was not to be found! Perhaps it's hidden in the map file, which took some doing to find on my computer!
The files are GBX, so I googled 'extracting trackmania gbx' or some such. I found a utility that allowed me to look into the track file.
Lo and behold, I found the song, 'jealousy.ogg' in a dropbox link. I went to that link and saved it~
I tried uploading to Youtube, but they don't like audio-only files and I didn't want to do any editing. I also don't wanna bomb the poor guy's dropbox with a public link. They'll lock you out in a heartbeat.
Anyway, I uploaded to Vocaroo and mum's your uncle.
Sorry, artist. I have no way of finding your music so we can properly buy it and support you. Maybe through visibility we may someday rendezvous our fates.

He doesn't do that and instead goes on a bunch of magical adventures and makes a bunch of friends
The evil aliens eventually send his older brother to check on him and when he finds out that Goku's a good guy he gets mad and kicks off the first half of the show. The other remaining saiyans come to earth to fuck shit up but goku beats them and manages to redeem their leader vegeta and then the next big arc is all of them going to space to fight the evil king of the galaxy, freiza
When they get back they're confronted with a new bad guy, cell, who some douchebag made by splicing the DNA of all the strongest warriors ever. Goku does fighting him and his son Gohan has tk finish him off
And then a bunch of years later goku gets like a day off from being dead for good behavior but while he's hangin with his family it turns out that the most evilest demon in the history of the universe has been hibernating on earth and is about to wake up, so the gang has to go fight him but he's crazy strong and he kills a bunch of people but then he learns to love a puppy but then the puppy gets shot and he gets so angry that he eats himself and becomes even eviler and he starts absorbing the good guys and long story short goku has to blow him up with the goodness energy of the entire galaxy but then he makes a wish that he can be reincarnated as a good guy and he is

OK so Goku and his pals would be the animorphs. Goku and the other saiyens can even turn into a giant monkey if they have their tales.
And Freiza and his army would be the yeerks.
And the Kai's would be the andalite army, too tied up in bureaucracy to help for most of the show.
And Majin Buu would be Krayac or whatever that big bad alien's name was.
I can't really think of a good analog for Cell. Maybe those genetically engineered screaming dudes? I guess Android 16 is kind of like that one chill robot kid.

Goku's alien race turns into giant mountain sized apes by looking at the light of a full moon. If their tail is cut off they can no longer transform into an ape. Also if there's no moonlight, because, say, you blow up the moon, you also cannot turn into an ape. Both relevant to DBZ's story.
