Every paramedic has at least one good story about a patient who shits all over the inside of the ambulance. I kind of want to hear the story where Gabe does it.
I must say, I really enjoy the style of Tycho in this comic. It looks like all that experimenting is paying off!
It's a good pose, yes... and yet, other than the weight of the linework, etc, it seems very 'classic' to me (in the second and third panels). The depiction of Gabe is more what I associate with the 'new style', and... that I do not like as much.
I suspect Gabe's condition is an accurate depiction of what many folks who go to Comic con will be experiencing afterwards. At least according to my own Trek con experiences and the experiences of friends who have been to furry/brony cons.

I thought that was called "fountaining?"
Gabe is actually birthing an eldritch horror, its putrescent waves affecting all of reality around his bowels.

I got the same vibe! Last panel immediately reminded me of Ren.
I feel like I'm reliving some late-90/early-00's forum thread that will inevitably end in a 64x64 grid of tubgirls.
