I totally feel you. The other day I was playing Xrd and my girlfriend wanted to see all the female characters for cosplay ideas. She was very disappointed at the numbers.

I'm thinking Guile has to be in both because of his playstyle and relation to Charlie.

Balrog and Sagat both have shots I think but I'm not sure. Balrog seems most likely as he's still a member of Shadaloo.

Blanka could be the Brazil character but that still seems a bit too obvious.

We also don't really have a legit grappler yet. As Birdie feels more like a midrange buttonsy character.

Dhalsim I agree could end up just having his style copied and released later.
