3A and 2A are really crazy systems. 3 material + prosperity & forge on only two planets (less to worry about occupying), 2 material + 2 cache on only two planets.
Personally I would rate the tokens prosperity->cache->reinforcement->forge so those two systems seem way better than the others. A lot of spots with low material/tokens have high unit limits but I'm not seeing unit limit ever being a big factor.
(Still floored that a frigate took out a frigate+cruiser).

It turns out the chaos combat deck doesn't have a lot of defence.
Also tbf it was 2 frigates, and Eldar frigates roll 3 dice each, meaning we had the same number of dice initially. Add Eldar's combat upgrades and, well. . .

Unfortunately, no one is really in a position to do much about them and also they're the most upgraded.
Personally I would rate the tokens prosperity->cache->reinforcement->forge so those two systems seem way better than the others. A lot of spots with low material/tokens have high unit limits but I'm not seeing unit limit ever being a big factor.
