jake and i played like 6-7 games of fifa the past couple days. he won the first like 7-0 and then won mostly like 2-0, 3-0 etc. i think my defense is getting better except giving up penalties- most of the games with more than one goal allowed were because i gave up penalties. i finally won the last game 1 nil.

i think one of my problems is i try cross-body touch passes and they just don't generate enough speed- lots of stolen passes
plus it feels like whenever i jostle for the ball i lose- idk if there's some button i'm not hitting or i'm just getting unlucky with poor ball handlers or what
fun game tho
also corners are hard. trying to strike a balance between too close where the keeper catches or too far where you don't have a chance at an aerial goal. i haven't seen a corner-into-goal play yet.

In the early 2000s (like, really early 2000s), there was a flash series on Shockwave.com called Radiskull and Devil Doll. It was pretty amateurish, but most flash stuff was at the time.
Anyway, it was basically Radiskull, a huge skull with a punk hairdo and bandanna, and Devil Doll, basically a tiny red devil that was surprisingly expressive, doing some kind of....punk rap songs? There were 8 episodes, and then they stopped abruptly.
The first couple episodes are pretty much Joe Sparks (the creator) fucking around, but in episode three there's an actual storyline that develops, and the songs start becoming more elaborate and really fun.
