a lot of y'all don't like seeing dead animals, so I will describe this: a motorcyclist coming past roadkill that somebody hung a "get well soon" balloon on
It's interesting how stress/nervousness makes you feel nauseous
Emotions cause reactions in the body, and funnily enough imitating certain reactions can cause sympathetic emotional responses.
Laughter Yoga is the practice of laughing in the absence of anything funny. There are some activities, vocal exercises, etc to get the group going, but the end result is a room full of people laughing hysterically at nothing in particular. It's a huge stress reducer.

Yeah I've read about the forced laughter group thing. It sounds awful but it does sort of make sense.
Fake it till you make it taken to an extreme, I suppose.
Homogeneous distribution of your varieties of amuse-gueule

But honestly. There have been multiple times where my lunch breaks in break rooms have been mostly consumed by coworkers watching tv and trying to comment to me about everythig on the screen. And the channel is always on something stupid and one time someone even turned the channel about Mars water because they wanted to watch Donald Trump.
God I have not been able to drag my ass out of bed for a run at all this week, neither have I been to the gym (was planning for last night, but work ruined it)
It is so hard to get back in a rhythm when it's dark out in the mornings, and also sleep is so good you guys, omg, it's the best
But alas I must try harder

It is the worst combo because half the symptoms of being sick and having a panic attack overlap.

30 minute lunch breaks and crowded, tiny break rooms. Well, that was my reason at any rate.
What about it? It sort of makes sense. Sometimes you're busy or not in the mood to socialise.
I'm sorry but
