    I bought a PS2 when I found out there was a new Shining game available for it.

    I was incredibly disappointed. They stopped bringing them over after that. Which means we missed the only new one that was actually a SRPG.

    Then they made a fighting game but only included the action game characters and boy does Sega fuck up everything but Yakuza huh?

    Shining Force needs to be more of a thing. Give Fire Emblem some real competition; there isn’t really anything similar that can touch them right now.

    I would love a new shining force game, or an updated version of the old ones

    I played some of 2 and it was fun but I couldn't make myself stick with it

    There's a mod on Steam for Shining Force 2 that ups the difficulty of the game. It's not perfect but it's still much better than the original game.

    I 100% believe that it's getting localized.

    Fist of the North Star setting, Yakuza combat and lens on metaweirdness, all apparently stopping at the Raoh arc? That might be the perfect FOTNS game

    HnK is like the perfect property for videogamification, and every attempt so far has been a garbage fire

    If I worked at Sega Japan, I would game of thrones my way into the Hokuto ga Gotoku team because that is a dream project
    And then after finishing that game I would probably be in deep existential angst wondering where my life could possibly go from there

    I really enjoyed dynasty wars: FotNS! endless mooks to explode, plus whenever you use a special you get a big anime style splash dramatically proclaiming the move.

    I personally don't like musou style games, but thats on me. I tried the demo and really didn't care for it much at all.

    SEGA has already ported a lot of the most popular Genesis and Dreamcast games to other systems. Kinda hoping it’s a Saturn Mini so that Panzer Dragoon Saga is available for a sane price again.
