I was curious if anyone going to South is willing to do proxy work for those of us who cannot make it. Obviously, hard to tell what kind of work is involved without a list yet, but I figured I'd put the feelers out.

I'll be at South, would be able to proxy. Numbers will depend on the pin list, purchase pins, maybe a few time sink pins. How many would need a proxy?

I can probably do pins in trade for south pins, especially for the Aussies, I wouldn't mind more of the Australian pins.

Pins in trade, like for like, final details will have to be worked out when the South pin list goes up. Having some extra Aus pins to trade at South will be handy though.

If you take on the role of the Proxy, you may want to reach out to @Happendy or @Frostbyte to see if they can give you pointers. Probably best to get paid up front, iirc they used google wallet because Paypal was a pain in the ass if I recall.

Good advice from Capt_Wasabi and TheAggroCraig. Money can be an issue and is one of the reasons for pins up front for trading at South. So far, I have 4 plus 1 with LE pins. Without the LE pins is easier?... So three more is about the limit for me I think. So much will depend on the pin list.

I'd say skip LE pins for your sanity, iirc frostbyte capped it at 2 per pin per person, especially when there have been headaches in the past (bastion at East comes to mind). Obviously do what you please though.

The Supergiant merch line was super giant, and they had a cap on how many pins you could buy each time around.

Frostbyte had to hit the Supergiant booth like 20 times because they capped it at 2x per purchase.

As far as the limited pins go, I planned on only one per person. This is for people to get their personal pins, so one of each type; South set, LE. The other pins ??? I'll also be limiting my proxying to 6 people. And to the pins you can buy. Last South had an easier pin list than Prime for example but the Magic pin was a pain and I won't be able get any like that or the cannonball tower where you bought the game. Details so depend on the pins to be had at this South.

It's perfectly fine to restrict what you want to get, your PAX experience is for you, even if you're kind enough to buy stuff for others as well.

I'll add you to my list Ajaxon, I've got 4 plus 1 maybe. So that'll be the limit I think for me, core plus one LE pin. Rest of the pins to be determined.
