    Gotta admit, that started getting pretty cool when Mecha Rocket Jesus came out. Loved the KO where Jerry sucked Mike into a blood pus ball.

    Looked fun to play and was fun to watch. Couple of skeevy character designs, but I read its all characters from various other properties like an anime girls Smash Bros, so that's not really the game's fault.

    It is indeed a crossover game. Nitroplus is a publisher of visual novels. It also has a couple guest characters through other connections (like Saber, because Urobuchi wrote Fate/Zero in addition to several of the Nitroplus titles in the game).

    More importantly, however, this is a five button game. They managed to find 3 buttons. One of the ones they missed (X by default) is the dodge roll and barrier guard. (This is why Ouka's projectile spam seemed untouchable.) I guess it's a good thing they never managed to perform a 1-bar super or connect with a 3-bar, despite all of them having universal motions, because most of those are effectively win buttons without that.

    I did recognize Amy from the anime 'Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet', which was spectacular.
