Penny Arcade customer service link broken?

Hello,

I was trying to reach Penny Arcade's customer service, and the only 2 places I can find them are at the bottom of the Terms of Service page and from the individual's Account Info -- but neither of the links work?

Appreciate any help in advance.

    I tried e-mailing customerservice@penny-arcade.com about something two weeks ago and never got a reply.

    Thanks for the help on that. Sorry I wasn't more specific -- it's for Media related purposes, like for interviews? So I didn't know if there's a general customer line that I can reach or maybe a line of communication more specific to what I need, but I barely found the general customer service one so, yeah...
