That being said, folks, the time has come for yet another vote, but this time we aren't choosing the best chat of the year (but thank you again for your votes in that matter), we're choosing the sexiest dictator. After examining the options, I've chosen ten of the sexiest dictators currently ruling nations in 2017, and it's up to you to decide who wins the coveted Sexiest Dictator Award.

really wishing I hadn't played through HR right before starting this
Maybe It's time to actually upgrade my video card then. I went barely above bargain level when building this machine (R9 200 series) with the intent of upgrading to a SLI of one tier up from whatever the best performance/dollar was at the time at some point.
Still kind of want to wait because of Star Citizen but this card is gonna be falling behind soon.

My email app was fucking up so I killed it and apparently it didn't restart, and I got news just now from 2 this afternoon that the apartment I wanted got taken today because I was iced in, couldnt get my deposit up there, and the roads were fine in Lincoln!
