Yes. There's even a feature where one person can patch their game directly from a later version on another person's console, which was one of the biggest problems with 3DS Smash Bros and Mario Kart.
Turn off HDMI CEC on the Switch, that will probably stop it taking control?
I'm not sure how to do that, I can't see anything on the Switch or my TV settings.
I don't know what you mean, I thought you had an issue with the tv inadvertantly switching inputs when the switch was docked, not there's no input at all to the tv. Basically look through the switch settings for something that mentions HDMI-CEC and turn it off. Then the switch will not try to turn on/off your tv when docked.
Where did the term Mana originate from anyway, and how did it come to be the catch-all term from "Magical Energy" in fantasy?
Wikipedia tells me it originates in Polynesian and Pacific Islander cultures as a word for supernatural power and that Larry Niven brought it into a fantasy context in the late 60s

They NEED to localize this. Seiken Densetsu 3 is amazing.

Ah, the classic JRPG theme
they did and it was called Sword of Mana
But it probably won't come here so whatever.
Next they'll announce a Mother trilogy pack and it won't get localized either.
