Speaking of distant viewing memories...
This has been driving me nuts for quite a while. I was little, so we're probably talking mid-80s here. My parents didn't really watch it but it was on just before something they did
watch, and so every so often I'd catch bits and pieces of it and that's all I ever saw, but I remember enjoying it because the setting was sort of old-timey homesteading, and it was about a family with a daughter with long hair and a dress I thought was pretty. The dad was usually armed with a rifle or something, and he had a hat.
One time I saw an episode where the kids were snooping around someone else's land and the girl ended up locked in a shed before quickly getting rescued by her brother or father or whatever.
And that's it. That's all I remember. I don't know if it was mainstream or obscure, new or syndicated, because I was pretty young. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
And it seems like all is dying, and would leave the world to mourn
