    Nope. Card is pretty clear. You need 2 adjacent provinces of 3+ supports.
    Can't be a Pretender with only 1 good province. The people won't buy-in.

    We have a problem here.
    You can't add a legion to an army in a province you don't govern.
    Please redo that 4-red points part of your turn.
    The place governor in Italy still succeeds, as 3 votes were needed and attained.

    BTW, you can move from Hispania to Africa or vice versa for 1 cost. They are considered adjacent, as stated in the rules. I know MrBody used 2 to move there and I didn't catch it.

    Well shoot. I read the part about how Brittania and Gallia are adjacent for empire creation and assumed that was the only exception.

    Obviously, I should be compensated for that lost point. Adjusted for inflation, that should come out to 10 free red points next turn!
