uh, minor ethics quandary

a coworker got an apt in my complex back in december. i didn't know this, but he mentioned me as a referral (after i'd raved about the niceness of the interiors)

my roommate and i started discussing him moving in around february, and he moved in march 1st

my leasing office just called me and said hey btw we noticed you never used this 500 dollar referral credit (i didn't know i got it!)

since i paid december and january and february's rent by myself and apparently had a big credit i just unknowingly kept rolling over... am i ok to just have him pay me his half of the rent next month and then underpay my half by 500 bucks? or is it the right thing to do for us each to pay 250 less

i think i am in the clear to do this but i probably wouldn't tell him about it and that makes me feel a little weird

After my son has spread so many of his dirty baby diseases to me, I've come to assume anyone in contact with sickness is infected.

@21stCentury depends what you mean by favorite. I think Hedwyn is the group's soul and took care of me when I was first exiled. Little Ti'zo is #1 cutest possible creature. Rukey is my favorite to play as in the rite itself.

so far i have freed hedwyn, jodariel, and rukey, in that order. Not sure who to do next. I did not free the harp sister; I have an obligation to my team and also she sucks and she cheated during our match!

you are in the clear. double in the clear since the referral was from before your roommate even moved in.

if it ever comes up just say you had this credit you didn't realize you got from back in December, before he moved in.
