We’re going to be literally out in the fresh air instead of the stinky Argus poo gas
Fighting each other over the dumbest reasons possible. Pandaria, once you're through the opening quests, isn't urgent. You've found this new land and everything is calm, there's some problems but they're local, and for a brief time you don't need to be the world-saving hero as you water your crops and relax in the taverns.
We get a 'private' screening (lots of other people from my company will be there, but not like a public theater showing) on the basis of 'product knowledge'
I won't lie, I really liked my break and this raid didn't do much to pull me back in the way the last couple did, and y'all have been covered on heals for a long time now and I'm really not that great at dps.
so i was like damn those numbers aren't great, and decided to look at how big of a difference using the correct talents and legendaries (that i haven't been using) would make
sim craft seems to think there's about a 250k dps difference between what i've been running and my optimal loadout
so, uh, well, shit that is absolutely a large enough gap to make me go damn guess i gotta use the good shit
guess it's time to learn how to make a stupid valkyr get big and strong
i don't really know how much i trust the sim because it said i should be doing something around 1.3m on a patchwerk and i did better than that on varimathras, but if it makes the claim i'll get like a 20% dps boost by switching talents and legendaries then i will try this thing
I have received a mysterious shipment from a land known as Texas, full of foreign foods but no note. Was that the work of a secret shambler, or something else?

I kinda want to transfer my Hunter over to start shambling.
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
might have gotten my ISP issues fixed. seems a lot better from smoke tests. I just want to go back to hurting the raid by being myself, not by dropping connections
I really hope we get more challenges like that in BofA
They've been all at once: bullshit, unfair, impossible, cheesy, breezy, frustrating and cheap, but ultimately they're all doable, and ultimately they're all so satisfying when you beat them.
I don't want them to do it again if it isn't tailored to a specific class. I didn't like them at all and I finished them in relatively few attempts. They felt sloppy.
Depends on the spec too. Like Assasination i got in 20 minutes of attempts at ilvl 890-something. Ez pz. Subtelty took a few hours of practice at 920ish (with first couple of hours "wasted" because i didn't want to read a guide and i was missing something dumb about the last phase). I tried Outlaw around 930ish for half an hour and said this is dumb, so now my plan is to brute force it as late as possible (currently 947).
I think it's the spec, rather than the challenge itself. Because I've heard of other classes breezing through it. Its the one with a dozen imp varieties and boss that teleports when you do a bunch of dmg to her and there is balls of fire that one shot you
Yeah some specs have it way easier than others. I tried doing the disc challenge when it came out, and it was almost impossible to do. The whole challenge revolved around interrupting a huge one-shot spell, but disc has no interrupt and you were expected to just shield your way through it. It was very clearly designed for another spec and disc had just been crammed in because it needed one and the healer one wasn't working.

It was nice.

That's true...from a certain point of view

Sadly ill be out all next week as well : (
I don't really want to transfer since I'd lose my aussie ping.
you can still raid with us if you want though, I think
I'm thinking I may just take a break til BFA.
its less about numbers and more about ranged, since the storms make it almost impossible to do healer adds with melee

open your gifts already!
I mean... in time, you will know... something something... go crazy
Mont is super out of town!
I know :bigfrown:
Alright cool beans. I normally heal but it sounds like you got that covered usually, so I guess I'll learn how to be a dps again. It's been so long.
Definitely my second favorite Star Wars film
I'd say first, but Rogue One is just too good

but then that presents the problem of having to make, what, about 40 of them?
