Change to how spoilers work?

Is this a bug or a change to how spoilers are going to be displayed?

edit- I also turned off uBlock to see if that was causing it and it still displays the same way.

it's showing up normally for me with a button, in win 10 firefox

Showing up for me normally on Chrome. There hasn't been any change that I've been made aware of (that's not the same as there not being a change)

Yeah, it seems to have stopped happening for me. Seemed to be going on for about 15-45 minutes this morning. It was just pretty weird and I thought there may have been issues if someone was running the old stylesheet.
