I know what you're thinking, and yes, Bogey is alive and well! But he hasn't won since 2015, so it could be anyone's game? Maybe? Or he'll just continue his pattern of (I think) winning every 3 years (he also won in 2012).

Anywho! We're here because of this statue:

As for the Oscars broadcast itself, this year is the 90th anniversary! So I'm sure they'll make a big deal out of that! As for what else, speculate below!

Now that I have MoviePass, this might be the first year I participate/have any idea what I'm talking about

Oh yes, speaking of, the prize this year will be a gift subscription (which I think works out to 3 months) of MoviePass. That is, if they're still offering them after the holidays.

Every time this comes around i'm reminded of that insanely good "you picked the right oscars, bogey" comic Chico made.

    Its stuck in my brain.

Yaya had found them (they were from 2009) but the images are no longer where he(or perhaps Chico) had hosted them: https://forums.penny-arcade.com/discussion/comment/22285904/#Comment_22285904

Okay, so there's the link to the form. Unfortunately, moviepass is dumb and doesn't let you buy gift subscriptions after the holidays are over, however, I will still get the winner 3 months of moviepass, it'll just take finagling

Was about to do this until I realized I should really do at least a tiny bit of research on the categories I know nothing about like animated short or documentary before I vote.

Well, Jimmy is hosting again this year, and figuring he will take every available opportunity to make a joke about it while on camera, appears 3-4 times an hour, 3.5 hour show, Matt Damon bashing, monologue...

*mumbles while crunches numbers in old school calculator with receipt roll*

I'd sayyyyy 25 times, IMO. *pushes glasses up*

Yeah, that's fine. Just under 2 hours to go. Also, seeing as Moviepass is being kind of shady right now, the winner will get to pick between 3 months of moviepass or a $30 gift card to Fandango/whatever other thing they use to buy movies.

Shape is a solid flick; should get a good handful of Oscars.

Wow this went from "hey nobody's participating maybe this is the last year of doing this" to "holy shit there's 28 entries that's a lot, I think more than ever before."

I guess a lot of you waited for the last minute. Here is the scorecard

None of the data has been changed on the "Form Responses 1" link, which is the original recorded data Google Forms does automatically. The Scorecard I didn't change any answers just deleted the time stamps in favor of scoring and added conditional formatting to make my life easier come Oscar time.

If nobody complains, I'd be okay with changing you to Three Billboards since your original entry had it.
