  • Tabletop Freeplay: More tables than ever packed into Hall C to host tabletop games. Bring your own, or borrow ours. The contents of the PAX Tabletop Library can be viewed at paxtabletop.com
  • RPG Zone: One central spot for on-demand RPG play. Come play D&D Adventurer's League (care of The Role Initiative), Pathfinder/Starfinder (care of New England Pathfinder Society), and a wide variety of indie RPGs (care of Games on Demand).
  • UnPub: Playtest tomorrow's hit games
  • First Look: A new area of PAX Tabletop that debuted at PAX Unplugged. First Look is a small area of Tabletop Freeplay with dedicated tables for playing the hottest games, a mix of new releases and pre-release previews. The area is staffed with Enforcers who are happy to help form player groups and teach game rules. Here is a list of the games that will be available for play in First Look.
  • Megagame Zone: We'll be hosting megagames on Thursday and Sunday. For Thursday's "Watch the Skies" game, players can register onsite, or obtain a limited number of online pre-reg tickets now. Note that Watch the Skies is a charity event with a $50 registration fee (UPDATE: The Watch the Skies game has been cancelled, but replaced in this timeslot is a tutorial/walkthrough experience, where players can get an introduction to Megagames free of charge. No registration requried.) Registration for Sunday's "Future Tense" game is free, and will open at 10AM on Thursday at Tabletop HQ.

    Anyone know if MtG tends to be popular in the freeplay areas? Definitely gonna check out what Pastimes has on offer -- Commander and Masters 25 Sealed are particularly exciting -- but I was also hoping to take my Pauper deck for a spin, and I don't see any scheduled events for it, so I'd like to try my luck in the freeplay areas.

    Still kicking myself because my hero Daisuke Amaya (Pixel) was at PAX East 2014 the same day as me and I didn't see him
