I managed it a bit ago, not 100% certain on the team now, but I can guess based on my top blasters.

Punisher, Rocket, Winter Soldier, Pyro, and the real kicker Ultron. Plus a lot of luck.

Ultron is really the ultimate answer to most of the questions though. It takes a loooong time to farm, but the payoff is incredible.

...in all seriousness, Red Skull isn't Legendary and doesn't require event characters to unlock. He's impossible to get right now outside of offers (50 shards for $30, iirc) and certain orbs (Premium (0.81%) & Mega (0.769%)).
