    They're holding a Celebrity Pro/Am Fortnite tournament/battle royal.

    In Los Angeles Stadium at Hollywood Park.

    In 96 degree heat.

    And the computers, keyboard, mice, and controllers are all black.

    And they have all the players waiting around for at least the last hour for the doors to open, sweating like crazy.

    finally got around to watching the sony show.

    spiderman looked cool, but i have almost no interest in the other games. i just hope spiderman isn't insanely linear, the world traversal in sunset overdrive was my favorite part of that game and i was hoping to get something adjacent to that with spiderman.

    The missions they've shown parts of look a bit linear and scripted? But there's tons of stuff to do in free roam and that looks amazing

    I love bioware and want them to succeed and am totally willing to believe anthem is actually fun and good but I can’t imagine how you can be an executive needing to sell a skeptical public in the game and think that was the best way to do it

    Man watched some of the Walking Dead gameplay footage and now its obvious to me why they were showing CGI trailers before hand. It plays rough and it comes out in november on the 6th. RIP Walking Dead game, time to give you a Negan bye bye.

    That happened with Silent Hill remasters.

    There would be absolutely no reason for Square to use the source code of old FF7 when making the current game.

    I was glad to hear that people who played Anthem said gun sounds were on point. Its a small thing, but weak sounding guns always bugs me, especially since I'm going to be hearing them a lot.

    Well other than the fact that that source code is a buggy ancient mess and they keep positioning this thing as a shiny state of the art game. It'd take more work to turn that source into what they want that game to be than it would be to start from scratch.
