intermittent HTML in posts not parsing?

In the last few minutes I've noticed this keep happening intermittently when I load a page:
Refreshing seems to fix it when it shows up but it seems like something's breaking. I'm seeing it in Firefox 60.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 10.
