1) White Millennial home ownership is probably down, in part and in addition to general bad economic starting conditions for that cohort, due to a move towards the coasts in spite of equivalent paying jobs after CoL is factored, along with a focus on (expensive) lived experiences through social media pressure as a driving force behind social currency. PoC home ownership is still down due to insufficient time to build generational wealth.
2) I'm continually mystified by the impulse people have to blast dumb shit - Pickle Rick, Kardashians, etc - and spare it their limited attention instead of just ignoring or unplatforming it.
