    Or pretty much every DnD campaign run during the 1990s by teenagers. I remember one time at a chess meet (yes, ultra nerd here), my friends found someone’s DnD notes left behind in a trapper keeper while cleaning up after the meet. It was full of embarrassing details, like literal gods the characters have killed and NPCs that were clearly either anime girls or characterizations of actual girls they know and presumably had crushes on, including sketches with exaggerated breasts and revealing clothing. I was like “holy shit”.

    Ganondorf is confirmed 1000% less hot in the new smash so I'm boycotting. In Smash 4, they used his evil dad character model from Twilight Princess. Now they're back on his shitty Ocarina of Time design.

    A part of me hopes they do a full blown remake of Orcarina of Time this console generation or the next. Not as the main Zelda as it were but as the second one they use the existing engine to build. It's really the only game I can think of besides a redone Links Awakening that I want that kind of treatment for.

    Does Link's Awakening really need a remake?

    TBH none of the newer 2D Zeldas I've played have seemed like they improved all that much, like graphics and controls-wise.

    Meanwhile the original N64 version of OoT feels super clunky.

    In general 2D games seem to age better than 3D games, especially the early 3D games.

    Link's Awakening already got a remake, DX, but honestly, it could use another one that makes it smooth scroll instead of screen-by-screen. That's about all. It's close to perfect otherwise.
