"Rich" quotes?

So when I went to hit reply to this post, it said it had to be converted from Rich to BBCode. The post itself looks rather odd, and I'm not sure if this was an intentional design decision compared or not (the inner quotes don't have the same look).

I've been seeing the problem in other threads and was just coming to post about it.

It seems to be tied to the mobile version of the site, as the text editor is completely different now.

Edit: I forced the page to render the desktop version, and the desktop text editor is the same as it's ever been.

We released a new editor. Mobile used to be in wysiwyg and Im not sure why it switched on its own.

Actually, was the editor in Wysiwyg? I dont remember, maybe indeed it was never set. I've placed it in BBC. I dont think I've seen images in the PA editor

The posts that are made in a particular editor stay that way, so the posts that were made in the rich editor will stay with the new quotes, editing posts that were made in the new editor will pull up rich. The different quotes are a product if the editor.

I'm using desktop and I think hedgie is using mobile so that seems like it tracks.

Yeah, it seems to happen if a mobile quotes anything with the new editor or even if a desktop quotes a regular mobile post that was made in the new editor.

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking, but mobile posts were never wysiwyg, it was always BBCode.

I'm seeing a different rtf reply window only in one thread both on mobile and desktop. Every other thread the text window looks the same as it ever was on desktop and on mobile.

EDIT: deleting all my drafts seems to have fixed it.
