I feel like a dad who just finished single-handedly building a porch all the time when I'm wearing it. It's great.
I call bullshit. That shirt has sleeves.
It finally got cold outside, so I slapped some sleeves onto a shirt and stitched a collar on to keep a bit warmer. Gotta keep Jack Frost at bay with more than just a court order!

Banana Republic introduced a gender-neutral collection recently that I just found out about. It's pretty plain and some of its a bit boring, but there are some really cool pieces here. I especially like the cardigans, sweaters, and scarf.
It's not really very "punk" of any kind if you have to be rich as fuck (and thus a member of the oppressive class) to afford it, no?
this is clothes for people who grew up on the aesthetics of cyberpunk but completely missed the message
the people who look at Elon Musk's fucking truck and think it genuinely look cool
the people who think they'll be gritty survivors fighting against tyrannical overlords in a corporate dystopia but either are or deeply aspire to be the corporate overlods themselves
Acronym designed the new coat Adam Jensen wears in Deus Ex Mankind Divided and they call it out in an email in game and make sure you know it was custom made for the high-end spec ops cyborg
What was the name of that brand that made the tie in fashion for games and Star Wars that looked more in universe than merch? They had some nice Deus Ex stuff that was way more affordable.
Edit:
Musterbrand
And it looks like they don't have the Deus ex license anymore. Their rad Star Wars clothes are also gone as far as I can tell.
I did a photoshoot a couple weeks ago with a friend who does a lot of cosplay/modeling - she mostly just needed a handsome friend with a nice suit and I guess I fit the bill
The concept was like... a married couple who have gotten complacent and bored with the relationship but imagine/wish for the times when it was spicier
I don't know if I can post any of the shots here once I get them back because she's in... various states of undress, but it felt very cool to get done up in a suit and be professionally shot in dramatic fashion, instead of just mirror selfies
He did take a couple like, portrait headshots of me which I will share though
It feels good to look good! is the lesson here I guess

It's cyberpunk because After The Fall, only well-made, expensive stuff will have survived, and we'll all be scavenging it from high-earning toughguys who died in The First Wave.

I like the look of some of it, but I would never pay retail for most Acronym stuff. Especially when Errolson Hugh's collections for Nike ACG are just as rad and about a quarter the price.

I got their Witcher inspired coat+hauberk and its wonderful. I believe they're going out of business though, they recently marked down everything they have in stock to $33 or less, but it's mostly odd sized stuff that's left. This is after months of no restocks on anything they were selling.
I'm leaning into the nerdy outdoorsperson/hipster? thing of flannels and plaids and Carhartt a bit lately
Which mostly just makes me like every other dude who isn't wearing joggers at least in Northeast Pennsylvania
So it's pretty much a non thing, completely unnoticed
Nice thing about the nerdy outdoor style is that it is damned comfortable. I don't care what the trendy folks do, but a good pair of jeans, a flannel and some boots will get you through just about anything, and it's a style that can look good on everybody and can be used for like 75% of everyday situations.

It amazes me how presidential candidates with teams of consultants and stylists and pr people can be SO BAD at wearing suits. Suits! The one thing that can make literally any adult man look at least pretty good with under $100 worth of tailoring.

I want to get my gf some leggings, Google "armor weave leggings" but I can't figure out how to get real ones. They're mostly found on eBay but several look very shoddy. How would one find the original creator that all the photos are actually of?

Okay now I need you to cyberpunk this and give it some quick release buckles.

My dude, have you ever met ACRONYM??

They lean into being a prestige brand for sure

They're like sweatpants but more durable and stylish so you can be comfortable as hell and still go out and look pretty fly.

Do you even not lift?
Fite me
I don't want to. You're far too powerful with corduroy overalls.
