The Wano arc might be my single least favorite arc of One Piece ever
Or maybe just this flashback part, it's been so long I can't remember what it was like before
If previous post-timeskip arcs are any indication, it'll be significantly better read all at once. I've been fine with Oden basically since he left Wano.
Half the stuff Kanamori says sounds like something you would see on a motivational poster, the other half sounds like something a mobster on T.V. would say.

No see, that’s the joke. The Viz release printed every volume after the time skip as “New World” for a long while. Through Fishman Island, Punk Hazard, and Dressrosa, iirc. As if it was just one arc. Previously, they’d grouped volumes by the actual arcs, with the arc name on the spine.

We had 4 volumes labeled "Sabaody", 3 volumes labeled "Impel Down", 4 volumes labeled "Paramount War", and then Twenty-Nine labeled "New World" before they finally switched labels again for Wano.
I have not seen this but judging from amv it's probably gonna destroy me
From the comments it's based on a novel from 1872, A Dog of Flanders by English author Marie Louise de la Ramée

Apparently this is from a very popular BL manga? Edit: This seems to be for an animated movie

Zenitsu is not mineta, but he is full of self loathing and desperately wants out of his lot in life.
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.

At least we have bakugo boar to alleviate the zenny obnoxiousness

Demon Slayer is one of the most beautifully animated shows that could have probably lost half its episodes and been better off for it.
A whole lot of fights are dragged out and the full last quarter of the season is just training and character intro eps to set up their movie. Feels like the pacing could have been so much better if they weren’t already pretty sure they were going to do that.
It would be less bad if he only screamed about demon bullshit, which would still be like 95% of the time, but he also hollers his head off about pretty much everything else, like taking medicine.

HxH Episode 43
Holy shit, that took a turn and it took it fucking fast
As much as it took forever, I liked the early training arc with Tanjiro alone. It kind of felt appropriate that we got to see his training taking a long time.
Similarly, I like that Dr Stone takes place over a period of months to get stuff done.
Phantom Troupe
Hunter Exam
Heaven's Arena
The beginning of the Chimera Ant arc (up until they move to Gorteau)
Greed Island
'Rescuing' Killua
Chairman Election
the end of the ant arc
The middle of the ant arc (basically while they're training/waiting to invade the goddamn palace)

That ended finally. After like 60+ parts...
It's the user of the Stand 「Jefferson Airplane」
New World isn't an arc, it's a saga.
One piece is so long it has arcs of arcs.

Except for that one yellow coat guy who apparently sucks. But... Having a character who really sucks isn't new for shonen
THUNDERCLAP AND FLASH
SIXFOLD
He also has arguably the best music in the series
Yep, he's the mandatory Mineta
he's kinda creepy, but in the context of most anime? he's incredibly tame
he's also a lot
oh absolutely fucking not
he doesn't come close to the statutory grapist
But he is extremely obnoxious, which is the point, he is supposed to be an obnoxious person.
Sadly, the author did too good of a job with making him obnoxious, so he is really, REALLY obnoxious
He still fills the archetype
Ok but like
He does the cool thing, and it’s a cool scene.
But then he’s back to screaming in a kid’s ear for the next episode and a half.
oh this is cursed
I can hope they realized it was maybe too much for an audio medium and adjust for the movie/next season.
